## Get ready! Two days in Dubai to recharge, reconnect, and celebrate.

Choose your morning wellness vibe: yoga, padel, or pilates at the Lob. Strike a pose at our team photoshoot. Cruise Dubai's stunning coastline on a luxury super yacht with cocktails, a DJ, and jet skis. Enjoy dinners together and optional drinks in the city. Plus free time to relax or explore Dubai your way.

The main event, from 3pm to 7pm! Spend four hours cruising Dubai's iconic coastline on a luxury yacht. Sip cocktails from the live bar, dance to the DJ, take on the jet ski, and soak up stunning views with the team.

Flow through poses to stretch, breathe, and center yourself. All levels welcome. After class, get changed and head to Dose, the cafe at the Lob, for coffee. Stay for lunch if you'd like.

### The Main Event

Four hours on the water. Dubai's glittering skyline as your backdrop. A luxury super yacht stocked with cocktails, a DJ, and a jet ski. This is how we celebrate.

Cruise the coastline, dance on deck, take the jet ski for a spin, or just soak in the views with a drink in hand. It's the kind of afternoon you'll be talking about long after we're back on land.

- Live cocktail bar serving all afternoon
- DJ spinning the perfect soundtrack
- Jet ski ready for the brave (or just the curious)

### What to Bring

- **Swimsuit & change of clothes** - Jet ski calling your name? You'll want these.
- **Yacht-friendly shoes** - Flat-soled, non-marking shoes or go barefoot
- **Sunglasses & sunscreen** - Protect yourself from the desert sun
- **Hat (optional)** - Extra sun protection if you want it

Time to capture the squad! We'll be taking our signature "with ease" finger snap pose, plus a couple of professional headshots for your personal use.

### What to Expect

- Quick 5-minute session per person
- Individual photo with our iconic finger snap pose
- Professional headshots you can use

### What to Wear

Something you feel confident in. These are your photos to keep and use as you'd like.

**Avoid big logos or letters** on your outfit for a cleaner, more professional look.

Please be around the office from 3:00 PM onwards to make sure you don't miss your turn. The whole thing is fast and painless,we promise!

### For Wellness Activities (Wednesday AM)

- Workout clothes for your chosen activity
- Athletic shoes (closed-toe for padel)
- Water bottle
- Towel

### For the Photoshoot (Wednesday 3:00 PM)

- An outfit you feel great in for team photos

### For the Yacht Party (Thursday)

- Swimsuit & change of clothes (jet ski available!)
- Yacht-friendly shoes (flat-soled, non-marking, or white-soled sneakers)
- Sunglasses & sunscreen
- Hat (optional)

### General Essentials

- Comfortable clothes for dinners and casual hangouts
- Layers for indoor AC

**Don't Forget!** Save space in your luggage for mid-sized gifts we'll be giving out during the event.

QUESTIONS

## FAQ

Should we prepare any sessions or presentations? +

Nope! This is purely a celebration. No work presentations required.

Will there be work time? +

We recommend blocking your calendar on Wednesday morning if you're participating in wellness activities, and Wednesday at 3:00 PM for the team photoshoot (takes about 5 minutes). Also block Thursday from 2:00 PM onwards for the yacht party.

Can I extend my stay in Dubai? +

Accommodations for any additional nights beyond the booking details you received must be covered out-of-pocket.

What about early check-in or late check-out? +

Please inform Aleksandra Savina ahead of time if you need this. You can leave your bags at the front desk and enjoy the hotel amenities in the event of early arrival or late departure.

Should I save space in my bag for goodies? +

Why, yes! We have mid-sized gifts for you, so be sure to save some room when packing.

What if I can't make certain activities? +

All wellness activities are optional. The yacht party and team dinner are the main events we hope everyone can attend!

What's the weather like in Dubai in December? +

Expect pleasant temperatures around 75-80°F (24-27°C) during the day and cooler evenings. Perfect yacht weather!
